The Animals' Entry into Jerusalem

This chunky five-panel book was made from furniture scraps and old door hinges. It received the Best of Show award in the BUILT exhibition, 23 Sandy Gallery's closing show in April-May 2017. Now in the collection of the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art.
The work includes text in the voice of the animals:
Father forgive us. This is not the earth we wished to inherit.
Mother forgive us. It is the only one we have.
