New Construction
The friend of a friend had purchased a surprisingly large vacant lot in a neighborhood she was fond of in Vancouver, Washington. When I met with her, I was impressed with her clear vision and distinctive wish list. She wanted a three-to-four-bedroom house built with insulated concrete forms, fairly traditional and on a tight budget. Oh, and it should have a small room at the top with a view in all four directions. What self-respecting architect could say no?
